Hello!

My name is Mary Waldron.

I'm an author and this is where I publish. You are cordially invited to browse, read, and enjoy.    My web site is called "Light Weaver Writes," because just as weavers turn the strands from many skeins of yarn into a piece of whole cloth, so does a writer weave words into the whole which is the finished piece.  I think this is true of all writing, but in a special way of works of fiction, with its varieties and compexities of character and plot.  I am, I hope, a writer who weaves with light, as I try to illustrate in my stories that the Light of God is with us always, waiting for our choice to acknowledge and accept it . . . and be healed by its power.

I plan to post mostly fiction, including fantasy-fiction, at this site, but don't be too surprised to find a few other genres, such as commentary  or essay.  I'll warn you in advance though, so you won't have to read anything you don't think you'll enjoy.  (But you might be surprised!)  

I hope you like what you find here.  Feel free to download anything you wish.  However, I must ask you to respect my ownership of these writings and not to reproduce them without my permission (very easy to get, and very likely to be granted).  Also, if you cite from any of my work (direct quotation, paraphrase or summary) in your own writing, please credit me in a footnote, end note or by some other mention attached to your work. Thank you!
